Tim Smith Seminar

9/13/2006 CRW held a business workshop and brought renowned certified trainer Tim Smith to present and explore specific ideas and techniques to help turn you and your employees into an organization that consistently exceeds your customer’s expectations. Amy Freis joins CRW Insurance

May 2006 CRW welcomes Amy Freis as a Commercial Lines agent. Amy has successfully completed producer development school at the Grange Academy in Columbus OH. Amy has a strong background in working with business owners and customers in the automotive industry. She is excited to start helping people and businesses with their insurance needs.

 CRW now has a full time Claims Specialists, Emily Mitchell

August 2004 CRW welcomed Emily Mitchell as our full time claims specialist.  Emily will assist you with any claim or accident you may have.  Emily will follow up with you, your insurance company and anyone else that may be involved to help settle your claim as quickly as possible.

July 2003 we moved from our old location to the one you see pictured on the home page.  Our newly renovated building gave us the ability to add staff as we finally had the room and also a large enough conference room to hold seminars and workshops.  Stop by and ask for a tour, we'd be more than happy to show you around.
